Simple data rules.

What the site may collect

• Giveaway entries may include your display name, social username, profile link, Genshin UID, and the time you entered.
• Giveaway eligibility stores only the minimum age evidence needed: whether you confirmed age 16 plus, whether guardian consent was confirmed for age 16 to 17, the age band, consent copy version, and timestamp.
• The site does not collect exact birthdate, parent or guardian name, parent or guardian email, or ID documents for giveaway entry.
• The build checker uses your Genshin UID to read your public showcase and show your results faster if you check again soon.
• If Jade approves a build, the site may remember the UID, character, note, and review date.
• Review submissions may include your display name, review text, optional private context, submission time, and basic technical details used to prevent spam.
• Coaching and support payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal provides its own checkout and payment records. This site does not store card numbers.
• Basic technical details, like your IP address, may be used to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

How it is used

• Giveaway data is used to run entries, draw winners, verify eligibility, and prevent duplicate or abusive entries.
• Giveaway archives keep a frozen copy of entries for winner verification, rerolls, dispute review, and deletion handling.
• Build checker data is used to show your estimate.
• Approved review text may be lightly edited for grammar before it appears publicly with the display name you provided.
• PayPal payment details are used to confirm coaching sessions or support payments.
• Some staff actions are saved so Jade can review giveaway, deletion, and approval decisions later.

Giveaway retention

Active giveaway entries are cleared from the live pool after a draw and copied into the saved giveaway archive. The active database archive is kept for the verification and reroll window, then pruned after the export is confirmed. Archive exports are kept separately so the saved giveaway can be restored if a winner check or privacy request requires it.

Archive exports encrypt social usernames, profile links, and display names. Pseudonymized or encrypted archive data is still treated as personal data while it can be connected back to an entrant.

Deletion requests

To ask for deletion, contact Jade through TikTok, Twitch, or Discord and include the UID, social username, or review display name you want removed. Jade will check for matching site records and remove or redact them where possible, including matching giveaway archive rows and archive export files.

Do not send payment card details, passwords, or private account credentials in a deletion request.
